Foundations of Reiki (including Reiki 1 and 2 Attunement)

Class Dates and Time: This course contains a total of three classes.

Saturday 02/21/26 (includes Reiki 1 attunement).
Saturday 03/21/26 (includes Reiki 2 attunement).
Sunday 03/22/26 (includes thorough hands-on training).

All Classes are 10:00 AM-4:00 PM with an hour lunch.

Instructors: Lane Valentine, LMT, and Liz Wilson. Both are Reiki Masters

Cost: $750. If you register and pay in full before 02/07/26, the cost is discounted by $100.

Location: Washington Spa Academy, 15921 NE 8th St., Unit 106, Bellevue, WA 98008, in the main classrooms, furthest away from 8th St.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund before 02/07/26. Half refund from 02/08/26-02/14/26. No refund after that.

Total Number of CEs: 18 total if all classes are attended; 6 CEs per class. Please verify if your profession accepts energy work as CE.

How to Register

Go to valentinehealthandwellness.com and select “Book an Appointment”.
Enter your information as either a new or returning client.
Select the available “Foundations of Reiki Course Registration”.
Go to February 21, 2026, and pick any available time slot. If no time slots are available, the course is full. If there are no available slots, the course is currently full, but you can join the waitlist. You will be notified if a spot becomes available.
After your registration is approved, you will be charged the cost of the course. Please note that CE courses now have a required tax rate.

Course Overview

Each class is a sacred step along your Reiki journey, going from no previous experience to Reiki 2 level. Unlike many Reiki Attunements, this program will focus on post-attunement education and development to help all students receive personalized guidance and coaching to further their Reiki skills.

Following class 1 is a one-month break. While unconventional for a CE course, this break is vital, allowing the appropriate time (approximately 28 days) for Reiki 1 to process within a person’s being before advancing to Reiki 2.

Most Reiki 1 and 2 classes are on a single weekend. While this scheduling method is easier for instructors and students alike, it commonly leads to poorer outcomes for the student and less understanding of how to practice Reiki safely and effectively.

For those who have already received Reiki 1 and/or 2 attunements, you can still register for this program, but you will be asked to complete the program from start to finish along with everyone else. Receiving an attunement again is normal within the Reiki, even for Reiki Masters (Reiki 3 attunement). Sometimes, after being attuned an additional time, a Reiki practitioner has elements that “click” in ways that didn’t the first time around.

Reiki 1 Attunement Scope of Practice: Reiki and energy healing for self and pets. Ideal for stress relief, emotional balance, and cultivating intuitive awareness.

Class 2: Additional Foundations of Reiki + Reiki 2 Attunement (6 CEU)

Class 3: Guided Reiki 2 Practice + Ethics (6 CEU)
